Games
Online
Generic classic arcade games online like Pac-Man, Galaga are
adored as very enjoyable games. Even more interesting is the
fact that these classics have their distinctive place in the
midst of comparatively larger games today. As companies are
considering the re-marketing of their classic games, there are
some compilations produced from Sega, Activision, Atari, or a
Mega Man collection.
Temco Classic Arcade falls way behind the tradition of its
regular reputation. In fact, temco was regarded the second
grade game producers in the 1980s. People from the 80s look at
the classic game through a nostalgic eye, but there is no
reason to think that the modern young minds find those classic
game any less appealing.
Whatever the odds are, Tecmo the producer of famous Super
Tecmo Bowl on the NES and Ninja Gaiden, has come up with the
endeavor of revitalizing their classic versions of games.
Tecmo Classic Arcade is composed of 11 games- the whole idea
was to present the best of the best from their classic games
collections. Here are some mind pieces from some gamers-
Tecmo Bowl: A mentionable part of the Temco Bowl is the dual
screens joined to each other. This in tern results into a
single big playing field. Still, you will be needing a
widescreen television. The game fits great on 36" Sony
Wega.
But this game has failed to startle the gamers with fun as many
people were already familier with the NES Super Tecmo Bowl,
which was, in fact, an incredible version of the coin-op
classic. Considered today as a classic, the NES version of
Tecmo Bowl. This version of the game was faster and more loaded
with fun.
Rygar: There is hardly anything special that can be said about
this game. It however had the strengths of good games like
Ninja Gaiden. It is moderate on compilation.
Star Force: This is also part of the 11 jewels of the crown. In
fact the Star Force was transformed into the Star Solider on
the NES. Like Bomb Jack, this game is amusing. But you will
miss the depth you are expecting in such kind of games.
However, the plot of the game may hold significant fun for
those who love to see a lone fighter in a war against his
enemy.
